This German made CC 6508 IV 2 Ω speaker is designed for high-end sound quality and optimal performance. It features a tweeter based on exclusive MegaSphere™ technology with an inverted one piece titanium dome and powerful neodymium magnet. Its woofer is equipped with two piece plastic chassis and polypropylene cone, and a compact sized chassis mounted crossovers. Moreover, the 2 ohm Series is designed as a special high efficiency version that allows amplifiers to push more power, being stable at 2 - 3 ohms. resulting in a speaker's SPL increase of about +100% compared to a similarly system with 4 ohms - driven with same amplifier's input level.
