Shipping

Items purchased will typically ship within 5 to 7 business days, you will be notified if a shipment takes longer. You will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided at time of purchase with shipping information including tracking number.
Everything we ship will include shipping insurance to protect both you and German Maestro USA should anything arise during transit of your purchase.

German Maestro USA is not responsible for any lost shipments, incorrect delivery due to mistakes on the delivery address you submit at time of purchase.
Please double check your delivery address before submitting your order.

Returns
​
All items have a 30 day return window from date of delivery.
All items must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), items cannot be used and original boxes have to be sealed with original seal to receive full refund minus shipping and handling charges to the original payment method.

We will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number no exceptions.

You are responsible for all shipping charges related to your return, we strongly suggest you purchase shipping insurance for your return should anything happen in transit to us we are not responsible and will not issue a refund on items damaged or lost when shipped out to us by you the customer.

Items that are non defective and returned with the original seal broken will have a 15% restocking fee.
​
There are no refunds for items that show misuse, alterations, or damage. BURNED VOICE COILS are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or repair.

We will refund you within 3 business days from us receiving your return minus the original shipping and handling costs to the original payment method you used to make your purchase.

Any items you wish to return after the 30 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.
